Awaken

is caused by the malnutrition of the mind and not the body

is the direct road to liberation.

Namasmarana
is the easiest way to reach the Lord.

people think of the past, the young ones think of the future, and both of them
forget the present.

can only be found within, not outside.

Realisation
is possible only through love, nothing else.
Start
the day with love; spend the day with love, end the day with love; this is the
way to God.

before speaking. Think before acting. Then go ahead, if you feel good about it.
Utter
the name of God with every inhalation. Live in God, for Him, with Him.
Vedanta
